- Select the shape / icon layer.
- Pick the bottom right corner point of the shape / icon layer.
- Hold the Shift key and drag it to resize.
You can also use the Scale tool.
- Pick the Scale tool in the tools bar or use the keyboard shortcut K.
- Pick the bottom right corner point of the shape and drag to change it’s scale.
